Clos Rocher

Grapes exclusively from the 2014 harvest, meticulously hand-sorted in the vineyard at peak ripeness. Sourced solely from the Clos Rocher plot in Les Riceys, where Pinot Noir is king.

Only the first press (cuvée) is used to craft this champagne.

Alcoholic fermentation at 16°C and malolactic fermentation at 18°C in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for a minimum of 7 years.

BRUT DOSAGE at 7 g/l, with a dosage liqueur crafted from oak-aged reserve wine.
